Premier Bank and Tri-State Shred to Host Free Shred Day
The public is invited to our Free Shred Day event at JFK Location Saturday, May 3, 2014
Spring cleaning has begun and taxes are most likely turned in, making this the perfect time to clean out your files. Premier Bank and Tri-State Shred are again partnering to offer free shredding to area residents. Saturday, May 3 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tri-State Shred will shred on location at Premier Bank‘s JFK location at 1975 John F. Kennedy Rd. The public is invited to bring up to three brown paper grocery bags full of paper to shred free of charge. People will be able to watch their documents as they are shredded via a monitor on the truck.
“It is important to always safely and securely dispose of personal information. With major retail and data breaches on the rise, there has never been a better time to be diligent in protecting your identity and credit,” said Molly Valaskey, assistant vice president of retail banking at Premier Bank. Valaskey and other staff members will be on-hand to introduce people to Premier’s IDTheft Smart product; the most comprehensive coverage against fraud you can find. The product is being offered at only $5 per month per customer.
The events will continue rain or shine. Light refreshments will be available in the JFK Lobby.
